Mang Inasal Branch Hires Old Man As Service Crew, Netizens Praise Fast-Food Chain

The social media users lauded a certain Mang Inasal branch at SM Center for hiring an old man as their regular service crew.

Nowadays, food establishments and businesses were hiring young and competent applicants as their employee.

Most companies were also looking at the educational attainment and age of the applicants as their basis in hiring staff.

A Facebook user named Gremma Cuello Avellano has uploaded the photos of an old man working as a service crew at Mang Inasal.

Avellano went to a Mang Inasal branch at SM Center when she noticed an old man wearing the fast-food chain uniform while performing the task of a regular crew.

At first, the lady customer just ignored it but eventually realized that there are only few companies hiring over-aged employees.

The old man identified as Tatay Armando serves as an inspiration and a good example to millions of Filipino because of his determination in life.
